COVID-19 Funeral Assistance

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought overwhelming grief to many FEMA, our mission is to help people before, during and after disasters. We are dedicated to helping ease some of the financial stress and burden caused by the virus.

Under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses incurred on or after January 20, 2020.

Summer Program from Frontier Rising

Frontier Rising has a summer program being offered.  Please take a moment and look at the MIND-BODY-SOUL Promotion.

  • Mind features Fiber workshops, certifications, and re-certifications as well as Career Portal Access.
  • Body is a step challenge which begins June 1 and a nutrition nformation class.  The step challenge offers a free counter device if you do not have one.
  • Soul offers a retirement bootcamp, BBQ for the Soul and a Life Possibilties Class.  Prepare for retirment (we are looking forward to that) or get to learn to make mouth-watering BBQ this summer.

Most of the progrms are self-paced with unlimited access for 6 months or longer.  Register for one from each category and you will earn an MBS 2021 T-Shirt!

Our Health Care Benefits Coordinator (HCBC) Cindy Ebner has retired.
